PKR98 Terms and Conditions — Everything You Need to Know Before Playing

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words have the meanings given below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "PKR98" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to pkr98.online and the legal entity that operates it.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any person who registers for and/or uses an account on pkr98.
• "Account" means the registered player account held on pkr98 in your name.
• "Wallet" means the PKR balance maintained in your pkr98 account, representing real money you have deposited or won.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits added to your account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any stake placed on any game, market or event available on pkr98.
• "Settlement" means the process of determining and paying the outcome of a bet once the relevant result is confirmed.
• "Responsible Gaming" refers to the player protection tools and resources described in Section 10 and available at /responsible-gaming.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency used for all transactions on pkr98.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use pkr98 you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PKR98 does not permit any person under 18 to register, deposit, or place bets.
• You must be the person whose name and details you provide at registration. False registration details are a breach of these terms and will result in account closure.
• You must not already hold another active account on pkr98 under your name or any other name. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as an agent in placing bets on pkr98.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

By completing the registration process on pkr98, you confirm that all details you have provided are accurate and that you meet all eligibility requirements. PKR98 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Providing false information during or after registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3. Account Management

You are fully responsible for your pkr98 account once it is created. This includes:

• Keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential. Do not share your password with anyone, including friends or family members.
• Ensuring that no other person has access to your account or places bets through your account.
• Notifying pkr98 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person. You can reach us at support@pkr98.online.
• Keeping your registered contact details — including your mobile number and email address — accurate and up to date. Outdated details can cause delays in account verification and payment processing.

PKR98 will not be responsible for any losses you incur as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to keep your login credentials secure.

Each player may hold only one account. If pkr98 identifies that you have registered more than one account, all accounts beyond the first will be closed. Any bonus funds held in duplicate accounts will be forfeited. Winnings generated through the use of multiple accounts may also be voided at pkr98's discretion.

Accounts on pkr98 that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. PKR98 will attempt to contact you using your registered details before any administrative action is taken on an inactive account. Any balance remaining in an inactive account remains yours and will be returned to you upon verified request to support@pkr98.online.

4. Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on pkr98 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• JazzCash mobile wallet
• NayaPay digital wallet
• SadaPay digital wallet
• Bank transfer via IBFT
• Visa and Mastercard (debit or credit card)

The minimum deposit amount on pkr98 is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though pkr98 may apply enhanced verification for deposits above certain thresholds as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.

Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your pkr98 wallet instantly in most cases. IBFT bank transfers typically reflect within 15–30 minutes during banking hours. If a deposit does not reflect within the expected timeframe, contact support at support@pkr98.online with your transaction reference number.

PKR98 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — these are outside pkr98's control.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your pkr98 wallet are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless otherwise arranged with the support team. This policy exists to protect players and comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

There is no minimum withdrawal amount on pkr98. Standard withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within one hour. IBFT withdrawals are processed within the same business day for requests made before 8:00 PM PKT. Requests submitted after 8:00 PM may be processed the following morning.

PKR98 reserves the right to conduct identity verification before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above Rs 100,000. You may be asked to confirm your CNIC number, submit a photo ID or verify your payment method. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in the withdrawal request being held until verification is complete.

Withdrawals of funds derived from bonus credits are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 7. Real money deposits that have not been wagered can generally be withdrawn at any time, subject to the verification requirements described above.

6. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on pkr98, across all sports, casino and gaming categories:

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by pkr98. A bet is confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation and the bet appears in your betting history. Do not assume a bet has been placed until you see this confirmation.
• Minimum stake: The minimum bet across pkr98 is Rs 100 unless a specific game or market states otherwise.
• Odds errors: If a bet is placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a system error or human pricing error, pkr98 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to your wallet. PKR98 will communicate this to you promptly if it occurs.
• Abandoned events: If a cricket match or other sporting event is abandoned before the minimum required play for a result to be determined, all match-level bets will be voided and stakes returned. In-play bets that have already settled before the abandonment stand.
• Results: PKR98 uses official results from governing bodies and recognised data providers. Results published by pkr98 are final once the relevant settlement period has passed unless a clear error is identified and notified within 72 hours.
• Responsible betting: PKR98 reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any player, including in circumstances where betting patterns suggest systematic exploitation of pricing errors or bonus abuse.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

PKR98 offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets and loyalty rewards. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirement: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement on pkr98 is 20x the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states a different figure. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires you to wager Rs 20,000 in total before withdrawal.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses on pkr98 have an expiry period from the date of credit, typically 7 days unless stated otherwise. Any unmet wagering requirement at the time of expiry will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.
• Game contribution: Not all games on pkr98 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets at odds above 1.50 contribute 100%. Casino games contribute varying percentages — typically slots and crash games at 100%, table games including Baccarat and Teen Patti at 10%. The specific contribution rates for any active bonus are shown in the promotion details.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active on your pkr98 account at a time. If you accept a new bonus while another is active, the prior bonus is forfeited.
• Bonus abuse: PKR98 actively monitors for bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing bets with artificially low risk to meet wagering requirements, and coordinated betting between accounts. Any account found to be abusing the bonus system will have bonuses and associated winnings removed and may have the account closed.

8. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

PKR98 is a platform for genuine recreational betting and gaming. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and potentially permanent closure:

• Registering more than one account on pkr98 under any name or identity.
• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated tools to place bets or interact with pkr98's platform in a non-human manner.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in pkr98's software, games, or pricing systems.
• Colluding with other players at live tables or in head-to-head games to manipulate outcomes.
• Using pkr98 for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds and withdrawing them without genuine gambling activity in between.
• Providing false identification or documentation to pkr98 at any stage.
• Accessing pkr98 on behalf of or in partnership with another person to circumvent individual limits or exclusions.
• Any activity that pkr98 reasonably determines constitutes systematic exploitation of the platform rather than genuine recreational play.

PKR98 uses a combination of automated monitoring and manual review to detect prohibited conduct. Players identified as engaging in any of the above will not be notified in advance. Accounts will be suspended and an investigation conducted. You have the right to appeal any account action by contacting support@pkr98.online within 30 days of being notified.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

PKR98 reserves the right to suspend or close any account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or organised betting abuse.
• A player's own request to self-exclude under the Responsible Gaming provisions.
• PKR98 exercising its right to discontinue services at its discretion, with notice where possible.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation rather than closed permanently, pkr98 will aim to complete the investigation within 14 working days and communicate the outcome to you. If the investigation concludes without finding a breach, your account will be reinstated and access to your funds restored.

If an account is permanently closed due to a breach of these terms, any genuine real-money deposits that cannot be attributed to bonus abuse or policy violations will be returned to the original payment method within 28 days. Funds derived from bonuses or associated with prohibited activity are not refundable.

10. Responsible Gaming

PKR98 is committed to providing an environment where players can enjoy betting and gaming safely and responsibly. We take our duty of care to players seriously — especially those who may be vulnerable or at risk of harm from excessive gambling.

The following tools are available to all pkr98 players directly from their account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps that prevent you from depositing above your chosen threshold. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced immediately — increases require a 7-day cooling-off period before coming into effect.
• Session time reminders: Set alerts to notify you after a specified amount of continuous playing time.
• Cooling-off period: Take a break from pkr98 for a period of your choosing — 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or a custom period. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in or place bets. Your account and balance are preserved.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from pkr98. This is an irreversible action for a minimum period of 6 months and should only be chosen if you want a long-term break from all gambling activity.

11. Privacy & Data

PKR98 collects and processes personal data for the purposes of operating your account, processing payments, verifying your identity, and communicating with you about your account and pkr98 promotions. By registering on pkr98, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is never sold to third parties. It is used solely for the legitimate operation of pkr98 and compliance with applicable legal obligations.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on pkr98 — including the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, games and any other materials — is the intellectual property of pkr98 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are permitted to use pkr98 for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any pkr98 content without prior written permission. You may not use pkr98's name, logo or branding in any external communication, social media content or promotional material without written authorisation.

13. Limitation of Liability

PKR98 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that pkr98 operates reliably and without interruption, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available or free from technical issues.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr98's liability to you is limited to the value of the real-money balance held in your pkr98 wallet at the time of any claim. PKR98 is not liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of pkr98.
• Losses arising from technical outages, internet disruptions, or failures of third-party payment systems outside pkr98's control.
• Losses arising from your own decisions to bet — including decisions made based on odds or statistics displayed on pkr98. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
• Any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death and personal injury caused by negligence.

14. Changes to These Terms

PKR98 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pkr98 will notify registered players via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of pkr98 after the notified effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the updated terms, you should close your account and withdraw your balance before the effective date. Instructions for closing your account are available from the support team.

The date shown in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this page reflects when these terms were most recently revised. We recommend that returning players review this page periodically.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, and you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts as specified in any governing law notice accompanying these terms.
